Shop Manager E-Commerce (m/f)

Job description

•Assistance in the further development and maintenance of sales-focused retention management based on cube analyses
•Ongoing monitoring, observance and analysis of the Italian pet market and competition
•Sales promoting placement of (promotional) products and brands in the online shop and assignment of special advertising spaces
•Ongoing shelf maintenance and optimization in terms of increasing customer satisfaction and quality assurance
•Operating the product recommendation system and bonus program
•Ongoing analysis of the targets for growth, profit margin and retention
•Sales-oriented placement of the (promotion) products and brands in the online shop

•Creation, implementation and evaluation of online sales promotions and other direct marketing activities •Continuous improvement of the online shop e.g. extension of the product categories, implementation of e-mailing campaigns, set up of social media activities

•Support in pricing according to company guidelines

•Close coordination with the central departments in our headquarters in Munich

Requirements

•A successfully completed degree in economics, media studies or communication with an emphasis on marketing or sales
•At least 3 years of work experience in sales or direct marketing
•With creativity, text and style skills in the Italian language (preferable mother tongue) you always hit the right note with the target group
•High Internet affinity, interest in pet products and fun at the commercialization of products
•Strength in analyzing business relevant KPIs in Excel
•A strong quality consciousness, clear results focus and implementation skills
•Fluent in Italian as well as in English and/or German
