Office Manager (f/m/x)

Job description

  • First contact and reception in our central office in Genova
  • Meeting room administration, Welcome and hospitality of guests
  • Takeover of assistant duties for the Country Manager regarding administration, office management and legal matters and if needed also in personal topics
  • Team assistance for all local employees
  • Point of contact to local suppliers, service providers and authorities
  • Facility Management
  • Travel management for the whole team
  • Responsible of Human Resources tasks e.g. personnel administrations, preparatory payroll and application management and partly support in recruiting
  • Central interface to IT support at HQ

Requirements

  • Min. 3 years relevant work experience in Office Management, Team assistance or Human Resources
  • Native Italian preferred and fluent in English
  • Routine use of modern office and communication media (MS Office)
  • Service oriented, highly organized and structured working style
  • Knowledge about Italian labor and social law and tax law is a plus
  • Conscious communicator and pleasure in dealing with people
