Delivery Experience Manager (f/m)

Job description

  • Boost customer experience through the improvement of operations and delivery quality in the Italian market, reporting to the Country Manager
  • Monitor competitor´s delivery standards, to ensure always a best-in-class offer to zooplus customers
  • Assist Customer Service with service issues and identify potential improvements
  • Serve as first point of contact for communication with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and internal operations departments
  • Measure, monitor and optimize the service performance and customer satisfaction, leading to improvement opportunities related to internal operations and DSP´s (on-time delivery, quality and value-added benefits)


  • University degree in business required, ideally with a focus on Logistics
  • At least three years of relevant experience in logistics services especially with courier / express delivery
  • Extensive experience in negotiating and implementing new DSP’s
  • Knowledge of legal regulations
  • High analytical competence and advanced IT skills including MS Excel/Access
  • Solving and result-oriented way of working, and basic knowledge in project management
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
